Many AI content services only exist online. We have a studio you can walk into, on the 3rd floor of 1 Great Titchfield Street, a few minutes from Oxford Circus.

Video production and photography are changing. Crews, locations, reshoots and weeks of waiting are giving way to something faster. But most AI content still looks fake, because it starts from a single photo. We do it properly. We capture the real person and the real product in our studio, so what we make looks like it was shot on the day.

M3 Twin FAQ
How many times do I need to come in?
Once. One capture session in our studio gives us everything we need to create any type of content with your twin. We confirm the timing when we plan your capture.
Can you come to us instead?
Yes. If you can't get to the studio, we can do the shoot at your premises with our portable green screen, lighting and height reference. There is an extra fee for travel. The studio still gives the most consistent results.
What should I wear?
We send a prep guide before your session. Bring a couple of outfits you like. Your twin can be dressed in any look afterwards.
Will it really look like me?
That is the whole point of capturing you in the studio. You see test images next to your real photos before we make anything, and we keep refining until you sign it off.
Can my whole team be twinned?
Yes. You can start with one person, such as a founder or spokesperson, and add team members later. Each person gives their own consent.
Who owns my twin?
You own your likeness. We hold a licence to use it only to create content you have approved, and it ends when you ask.

What products can you photograph?
Most products that fit on a tabletop: bottles, packaging, cosmetics, shoes, bags, jewellery, gadgets, homeware and food products. Ask us about larger items.
Can you shoot products at our premises?
Yes. For large items, big ranges or busy teams, we can bring our portable kit to you. There is an extra fee for travel.
How many do I need to send?
One of each product and each colourway you want to feature.
Do I get my products back?
Yes, once the shoot is complete. Food and other perishable items cannot be returned.
What if my packaging changes?
Send us the new version and we update the twin. You keep all the scenes and styles you have already built.

Who we are
BABY M3DIA Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and our services. Our studio and address is 3rd Floor, 1 Great Titchfield Street, London W1W 8AU. You can contact us about privacy at hello@babym3dia.com.
What we collect
When you enquire, we collect your name, company, email address and anything you tell us in your message. When we capture a person for a digital twin, we collect photographs, voice recordings (if any) and the character sheet and AI model made from them, together with their signed consent and likeness licence. When we photograph products, we collect images of those products.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver the work you have asked for, create content you have approved, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we never use one client's capture data to make content for anyone else.
Our legal basis
We rely on our legitimate interests to respond to enquiries, on contract to deliver our services, and on legal obligation for records we must keep. Where capture data is used to identify or recreate a person, we rely on that person's explicit written consent, which they can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We use carefully chosen service providers, such as secure cloud storage, AI model providers and the form service that delivers website enquiries to our inbox, only as needed to deliver your work and under appropriate contractual safeguards. If data is transferred outside the UK, we make sure suitable protections are in place.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Capture data is deleted when you ask us to, or when your agreement with us ends, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You have the right to access your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, contact us at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address in order to deliver them.
